• Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• The studio is available for rental in hourly increments, with a minimum of one hour required.
• Payments are non-refundable but can be credited towards future bookings.
• Any time used beyond the booked session will incur an additional charge of $30 per 15 minutes

The Amarah Studio does not issue refunds for cancellations.

• Studio credit will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date will not be eligible for studio credit or rescheduling.
• Studio credit must be used or rescheduled within 12 weeks of the original booking date.

• The studio is for professional creative purposes only.
• Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment during their rental period.
• Please keep noise levels at a reasonable level to maintain a comfortable environment for all.
• No pets are allowed under any circumstances.
• Alcohol is not permitted in the studio.
• The studio may not be used for filming explicit content.
• Glitter is not permitted in any studio space.
• Open flames are not permitted in the studio. This includes lit candles, incense, sparklers, or any other fire-related items.

• Basic amenities such as seamless backdrops, lighting are included with your booking.
• Additional equipment or props are available for an extra fee and must be requested in advance.

• The Amarah Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your rental period.
• You and your team are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the booking.
• Renters are responsible for any damages, including broken, ripped, stained, or otherwise damaged property. You will be charged for the repair or replacement of any damaged items.
• Items left in common areas are the renter’s responsibility. The studio is not liable for loss or damage.
• Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional charges, loss of future access to the studio, or eviction from the premises without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a professional and high-standard creative space for everyone.
• Photographers & Creatives
• Only those listed on the booking form are permitted to use the studio during your rental period.
• If you intend to bring additional individuals or teams, please inform us in advance to confirm the studio’s capacity.

• Monthly memberships include 10 hours of studio time per month. Contact us for more details.
